Mr. Vijay Singh founded SBS Enterprises in 2015 in Lucknow with a vision to become India's most reliable government contracting and railway support organization. Under his leadership, SBS has grown from a local operation to a pan-India presence across 10+ states, serving Indian Railways, UPPCL, BPCL, Defence Establishments, and multiple government departments.
His management philosophy is built on three pillars: compliance, accountability, and operational excellence. With a workforce of 3000+ personnel and 12+ specialized services, SBS Enterprises stands as a testament to disciplined execution and government-sector expertise.

Mr. Vinay Singh leads day-to-day operations at SBS Enterprises, overseeing manpower deployment, on-site coordination, and service delivery across every active railway zone and government site. His focus is on keeping every deployment — from mechanized cleaning crews to security personnel — running on schedule and within compliance.
He works closely with divisional teams to maintain quality control, resolve on-ground challenges quickly, and ensure that SBS's 3000+ strong workforce operates with the same discipline the company was built on. His hands-on approach has been key to SBS's rapid, reliable mobilization capability.
